Below you will find pricing for Studio Orange’s most popular Wedding and Portrait photography packages. If you have needs or an event that you don’t believe fits one of these categories, please contact Studio Orange for a more personalized quote.
All photography sessions require an initial payment. This initial payment is used to protect your date. The amount of the payment is 1/2 of the portrait session fee or 1/3 of the wedding package fee.
Studio Orange strongly recommends that you book portraits at least 2 months in advance and weddings at least 6 months in advance.
Wedding Packages:
Studio Orange offers two options for your wedding photography needs.
Packages have been put together that offer the most popular options at a significant discount from ordering each service / product individually. All wedding photography packages include the following:
- Engagement Session
- Minimum of 6 hours of coverage
- Disc of images, with rights release for personal use
Studio Orange’s à la carte “menu” allows you to select only exactly the services and products you want for your wedding. Any à la carte item can also be added to any package.
Clementine Wedding Package – $2100
1 Photographer.
Engagement session.
6 hours of coverage.
Disc of full resolution images, along with a rights release for personal use.
Tangerine Wedding Package – $3300
(Best value and most popular package)
2 Photographers on wedding day.
Engagement session.
Up to 8 hours of coverage (pre-ceremony, formals, ceremony, reception).
16×20 print of image of choice for couple.
2 8×10 prints of couple’s image of choice for parents.
10×10 inch 20 page (10 spread) leather bound album.
Disc of full resolution images, along with rights release for personal use.
Valencia Wedding Package – $4800
2 photographers on wedding day.
Engagement session.
Full day* wedding coverage (pre-ceremony, formals, ceremony, reception).
Photo booth during reception (includes disc of images).
16×20 canvas gallery wrap of image of choice for couple.
2 8×10 prints of couple’s image of choice for parents.
10×10 inch, 40 page (20 spreads) wedding album for couple.
Disc of full resolution images, along with rights release for personal use.
“The Whole Bushel” – $9000
2 photographers on wedding day.
Engagement session
Custom guest “sign-in” book featuring photos from engagement session.
Complimentary pass for a massage session for bride and groom day before wedding.
All day* wedding coverage (pre-ceremony, formals, ceremony, reception).
Photo booth during reception (includes disc and book of images).
1 additional photo session (anniversary couples session, boudoir session, newborn session, etc.) valid for booking any available date up to 2 years from the wedding date or any time prior to wedding.
$100 product credit.
20×30 canvas gallery wrap of image of choice for couple.
2 16×20 prints of couple’s image of choice for parents.
10×10 inch, 40 page (20 spreads) wedding album for couple.
2 8×8 inch 40 page wedding album for parents (layout same as 10×10 album).
DVD of full resolution images, along with rights release for personal use.
* “Full day” coverage is typically anywhere from 10-15 hours of coverage.
À la carte options:
Engagement Session – $750
(Engagement Sessions include at up to 3 hours of shooting time in at least 2 locations. Travel time between locations is not counted against shooting time.)
Per hour coverage – $350 (min. 4 hours unless added on to a package)
Rehearsal & Dinner Coverage (2 hours) – $550
Second Photographer – $75 / hour (min. 4 hours unless added on to a package)
Photo booth – $1000 (4 hours)

Special Image Editing – $50 / image
10×10 inch, 20 page (10 spreads) wedding album – $490
(Identical albums can be ordered for family for $390 each. For packages that include an album, an additional, identical album can be added to package for $390.)
10×10 inch, 40 page (20 spreads) wedding album – $750
(Identical albums can be ordered for family for $590 each. For packages that include an album, an additional, identical album can be added to package for $590.)
Custom guest book featuring engagement session photos: $375
(Guest book must be ordered at least 2 months prior to the wedding date in order to ensure enough time for production and delivery.)
Custom photo cover in place of standard leather/fabric cover for any album – $150
4×6 prints: $7.5
5×7 prints: $11
8×10 prints: $25
(All prints are photo-chemical, archival quality prints with a durable lustre finish. Additional print sizes and options are available, including special finishes, specialty paper, and products. Please consult Studio Orange for more options.)
16×20 canvas gallery wrap: $150
20×30 canvas gallery wrap: $220
(Additional options are available at additional cost for canvas prints, including thicker wraps, framing, or floating frames. Canvases are also available in a variety of sizes not included here.)
Archive disc of full resolution wedding images: $500
Portrait Sessions:
For all portrait sessions, 1/2 of the package cost is due at the time of booking the session in order to protect the date.
Simple Senior session:
A basic package to get you up and running with senior photos. This package includes:
- Up to 2 hours of indoor and/or outdoor coverage
- Image of your choice formatted to school yearbook specifications
- All deliverable images professionally retouched
- A disc images with personal use rights
$350 (also requires a minimum of $50 in print product purchases)
Super Senior session:
Want an all-out senior photo session? We’re talking about an entire afternoon devoted to nothing but making you look amazing! The Super Senior package includes:
- Up to 4 hours of indoor and/or outdoor coverage
- Props and outfit changes to your heart’s content
- Image of your choice formatted to school yearbook specifications
- All deliverable images professionally retouched
- 8×8 20 page (10 spreads) leather bound album
- $25 print credit for additional print products
- DVD of images with personal use rights
$800
Standard portrait session:
Family photos, maternity, newborn, modeling portfolio, boudoir session, you name it. Plan for an afternoon. Bring along an extra outfit or two. And be prepared to have fun! The basic portrait session includes:
- Up to 2 hours of indoor and/or outdoor coverage
- All deliverable images professionally retouched
- A disc of full resolution and shareable size images with personal use rights
$400
Premium portrait session:
Do you want more than just normal portraits? Maybe you want to be a little crazy, or you’re interested in photos bolder and more dynamic than standard portraits. We’re talking over-and-above with lighting set-ups, make-up, post processing, props, etc. Warning: The faint of heart need not apply! This session may take most of the day and if we wind up shooting in public, you will probably get stared at! Premium session may include some or all of the following:
- At least 3 hours of indoor and/or outdoor coverage
- Props and make-up assistance
- All deliverable images professionally retouched
- 16×20 print of your choice of image
- 8×8 20 page (10 spread) leather bound album
- Disc of full resolution and shareable size images with personal use rights
$900
Band, Group, Organization Promo Sessions:
Your situation and needs are unique, so a flat pricing structure just doesn’t quite work. Let’s sit down and talk about what you want to accomplish with your photo shoot and together we’ll figure out how Studio Orange can help.

Additional information:
Travel:
Studio Orange will gladly travel anywhere in Lincoln or Omaha, or within 30 miles of Lincoln, at no additional expense to the client. Travel expenses beyond 30 miles shall be the responsibility of the client (terms to be negotiated at the time of contract signing).
Meals and Lodging:
When 8 or more hours of coverage is booked, Studio Orange appreciates your cooperation in making a meal allowance for the photographer(s) with your catering service. In the event that overnight lodging is required, all expenses, shall be the responsibility of the client.
Photographer’s Time:
The time necessary to set up or tear down equipment is not billed. Reasonable travel between venues (for example, from the Church to the Reception hall) is not billed time.
At the photographer’s discretion, any session time may be extended without any additional fees. Client-requested time extensions will be billed at a rate of $350 per hour (in full-hour increments).
